| Sung-Ho Jin was born in Busan, Korea, in 1964. I obtained my doctoral degree in Chemistry |
| form the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST) in 1993. In the same year, |
| I joined the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (SAIT) as a Senior Ressarcher where |
| I worked in the Display Division, I joined the faculty of Pusan National University in 1999 |
| My main research interests are (1) synthesis of new functional polymers (conducting polymers, |
| photorefractive polymers); (2) side chain ferroelectric liquid crystal polymers; (3) polymer light- |
| emitting diodes; (4) photo-alignment materials for liquid crystal display; (5) Bulk heterojunction |
| photovoltaic cells and dye-sensitized solar cells; (6) photoresists and low-dielectric constant |
| materials for semiconductors. My current research projects include Organic & Polymeric Light |
| Emitting Display, Photoalignment Materials for Liquid Crystal Display and Organic Solar Cells. |
| I am the author or coauthor of over 149 publications and 38 patents. |
